We recently contacted Craig for a quote on our 20 year old roof. He came over the same day. Craig used a high tech method of estimating our roof’s square footage giving us an instant measurement. Meanwhile, my wife and I checked two other roofing companies and Local Roofing was the most competively priced. Our biggest conundrum was choosing the correct shingle color. Craig was extremely with helpful shingle color choice. He brought dozens of full-sized shingles over to our house. Finally, we scheduled the job and about two weeks later the work began. It took a day and a half to complete the job and clean up. The workers were very diligent cleaning up the roof debris. We are very satisfied with the outcome.

Dear Mr Thompson

I am writing to thank you for such good service. I had a new roof placed 7/8/16 and a new skylight. It began to leak. I spoke to Michael when I called 9/6/19. He was very courteous. I also told him about a panel of the soffit had blown off. Even though this was not part of the job in 7/8/16 he told me your company could fix it. I talked with Krystie 9/17  to inform her I would be gone for a week. She was most polite and said a work order is in. Nikke called 10/11 to tell me workers would come 10/15 at 7:30am. Eddie and his helper were here right on time at 7:30am. They fixed the skylight and repaired the piece of soffit that had blown off (this was not part of the roof job). It looks perfect.
